Format of email lists for distribution

I have approximately 500 people on my list to which I would like to send a link to my form - https://form.jotform.co/90387497125870

I can see how to use the jotform email distribution method and how to format a message to accompany the link.

I need to know how to format multiple email addresses to paste into the +add new email box.

Is it is simple as copy and paste from cells in Excel or is there a format that the jotform interface requires.

I have a bronze paid account so I am within my email limit of 1000.

Is the list I paste visible to everyone or is it like a BCC list?

I'm afraid that you have to insert it one by one, there isn't any format that will pertain the data.

Also, I'm afraid that you cannot insert 500 email addresses there and send. You will need some bulk email messaging (like MailChimp), but you could also try sending it from your email address (the format or anything will not change compared to Share via email option in form builder).
