Save Incomplete Payments

    Is it possible to download form entries that result in incomplete payments?

    Hi John, unfortunately to my knowledge I don't know of this being possible since it is considered Incomplete due to the customer not finishing it out with a final payment for the transaction on the form. Your best bet would be to click the " Complete Submission " button which will send the customer a request notice via email for them to come back and finish it.

    Ok, thanks for that but it woudl be usefull just to keep a record....what do you think?

    @John,

    If you manually complete an incomplete payments, it will go to your submissions page where you can include it in the download submissions.

    But please understand that most of the time, incomplete payments are really are just that -- this data usually are just tested by an end user (possibly curious about the payment form) and have no intention of completing them.

    You can also try integrate the form to google spreadsheet, so that when you manually complete the submission, it will also reflect on the spreadsheet where you can have more flexible means filtering them instead of in the forms submissions page.

    For a moment I thought I can submit a request ticket for this, but we have to establish first if it really will have useful benefit.

    Hi Jotform,  It would be a VERY useful feature to assist us follow-up users who are having difficulty completing their form.  I administer Jotform but it someone else's responsibility to do the followup.  At the moment the best I can do is provide the follow-up person with screen captures but that is very cumbersome when there are hundreds of incomplete responses.

    Hi,

    You can also enable Email Alerts for Incomplete or Pending Payments - If you are using Paypal, you can enable this by clicking Properties of the field, then set "Yes" for "Pending Payment Email;

    This will also help you managing customers who are not paying after redirected to the payment page.
