Iframe vs Source Code...

    Yay! It;s finally working. However, when I add the form to my website (aquatica-pools.com) using iframe, it cuts off the bottom (submit button, etc.). But when I add it using the source code, everything is there. Is there any drawback to doing it this way?

    Try using the iframe embed code without the scripts below it. This might help prevent the cut off. Example Iframe Embed Code:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/30310684619957" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1710px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Embed only the iframe code "highlighted in green", do not include the script code "highlighted in orange".

    This should help fixed it. Or, you can always stay using script embed code since it has the option to auto-change the form length depending on the form content.
