How can Form B populate hidden fields based on answers in Form A?

I'm using Jotform for a customer registration form. Guests for my tour business use a company phone to hand around, and when the form is filled out it cycled back to the initial page.

I want to create Form A, which will be filled out by the staff member.

Form A/Question 1 will be which guide gave their tour

Form A/Question 2 will be which tour they went on

Form B will be filled out by the customer and will have the circular link back to the first question (so guests can hand around the phone), but I want Form B to have the hidden fields populated based on the Form A questions.

Is there a way to achieve this? If there's not, is there a way to lock the answers to two questions for a session so the guests don't need to choose their tour and guide?

Passing form data to another form is possible, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
