Why am I unable to add a PDF file using the PDF embedder widget?

I have repeatedly tried to upload a PDF file through the PDF embedder in order that it might be downloaded. I have uploaded four others successfully in the same form. Is there a limit to how many can be embedded? I have also tried to use your second method instructions which also do not work and seem to be incomplete.

There is not a limit on the number of widgets you can add to your form, so you may add as many as needed and embed the desired number of PDF documents per widget. 

Now, I would recommend you to make sure your PDF file does not contain special characters or spaces in its name, try setting simply names like "Document1.pdf", basically, try only using letters and numbers.
