How to disable unique submission feature from the Form?

    Hi 

    I have been sending this forms but seems like my customers cannot use it more than once, how can I fix this .

    I hope you are referring to this Form 90310527240343

    I noticed you have enabled the unique submission feature in your Form by checking for cookies. If you want your users to submit the Form multiple times then you may uncheck this option.
