Jotform is not uploading data

    When users are submitting a form none of the data is storing in the google doc.  Submissions are not storing on the site either.  please help!

    Hi,

    It would help if you can provide us more info about your issue. 

    Was there any error messages encountered or mentioned by users when the form was submitted?

    If you can also provide me the steps to duplicate the occurence of the error, that will certainly help.

    I just test submitted your form, and it was successful. Here is the the thank you page screen.

    You can also check this form's submissions in your submission page. You will see my test submission being added.

    As for the failing google integration wherein submissions are not transferred to gdocs, please try turning ON the re-captcha property on the captcha field of your form.

     

    After doing this, removed the google integration -- then re-integrate it back.

    Test the form, check if the submissions will now reflect properly to the integrated google spreadsheets.

    It didn't work.  I tried the capcha trick.  The form failed to integrate with google.  I checked the link in the integrations selection and it was correct.  

    The form stopped uploading today and it was not edited.  No error messages, it just doesn't sync with google.

    Thanks for the updates.

    Would you please try to do the re-integration process using this domain https://secure.jotform.us?Follow this steps.

    1. Remove the Google Spreadsheet Integration first

    2. Clear your browser's cache

    3. Visit https://secure.jotform.us then log in

    4. Re-integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet.

    Check if this helps.
