The conditional email is not sent to the recipient

    If participants select "bank transfer" in the "I want to pay by:" field, they should receive the "bank transfer registration" email with the bank details.

    If participants select "visa / mastercard", they should receive the "credit card registration" email.

    The participants do not receive the email.

    I tested your form and I did not receive an Autoresponder Email. However, based on the email logs the Autoresponder Email was sent successfully.

    How to View All Your Form Email History

    I saw that you are using your own email address as the Sender Email, so this issue is most likely related to your SMTP credentials. Please double check them and make sure they are correct.

    You can change the Security Protocol to TLS and test the form again.

    You can also use our email address noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email.
