    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. It seems like we have CDN delay issues. In order to fixed this, please change your form code url from "http://form" to "http://www".

For example if you are using iFrame.

    From:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="http://form.jotform.com/form/xxxxxxxxxxxxx" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1287px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    To:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="http://www.jotform.com/form/xxxxxxxxxxx" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1287px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Thank you!

    Hi pinoytech,

I am having the exact same problem, however, I already been using the "http://www." as that is what I was advised to do when I had this problem before. I need these changes to show immediately. Any other fixes for this?

Thank you very much for your help. It has been submitted privately. I hope you get it. There was no confirmation or anything like that that it had been sent, it just went back to the forum page when I hit submit. Is there a way to access it to make sure it went through?

Thank you. I still can't find a way to access the private question, but I just refreshed my registration form and the change has come through. I am not sure if you guys did that or if it was just a delayed reaction. Whatever way it went, thank you for your help.
