How do I change over a form template to link in Paypal?

I selected an order form template that appears to allow PO, but does not allow me to change out to accept Paypal for payments. Is this possible to change?

In order to change payment processor on a form, please delete payment field. Other payment integrations would become active, please choose needed one and add it to your form. Settings and products should be transferred to new payment field automatically.
