Having trouble embedding form to wordpress page

Dear Support of Jotform, 

I'm messaging you to ask you how exactly am I supposed to put a contact form that I created in my WordPress.com blog? 

I checked some instructions - I click on Page post, add new, HTML and then copy-paste the code. Good, I tried, but it didn't work. And I don't know what to do to. I'm asking for more detailed information from you, please.

It has some alternative potential methods of embedding the form.  If those do not work, let us know the URL of your page and we can take a look.
