I post the my form data to a MySql database. All works fine except that the upload file path only showes the file name and not the path with hyperlink like it does when exported to google spreadsheet, so now I can't open the uploaded file.

I have forwarded this to our Level 2 Support for further investigation and solution on this matter. We'll let know you on this thread if there are updates.
For now, please download the uploaded files from your form submissions page.

Just add http://www.jotform.com/uploads to the beginning of the URLs when you use the data.
