Could you let us know if you are receiving any error message when you are trying to print or download the submissions to Excel/PDF? Please provide us with more information on the issue that you are experiencing so that we can check it further and assist you.

all the forms were arriving properly, it wouldn't matter about the
download/printing problem. Please could you get that problem sorted out?

According to the account email history, the email messages are being sent. Please check a Spam/Junk folder. If possible please whitelist our noreply@jotform.com sender email and/or add it to your contacts.
The form entries can be printed and downloaded from a form submissions page:

The form email history looks good. You may contact your email provider to see if they are blocking/filtering some messages.
You may also switch the form email recipient (e.g. to free @gmail.com address):
