I shared a card template to the Template gallery but it disappeared the next day

    Hello,


    I have uploaded a template to the gallery for use in an industry community group. The template was called "Car QC Checklist".

    I was able to create a form from the template in the gallery, but when I checked it the following day, the template was removed. 

    I thought I may have accidentally removed it, but when I tried uploading it a second time, the same thing happened. I could not find the template the following day. 

    Do you know why the template keeps getting removed from the gallery?

    Hey Bojan,

    I created the template. Here is the form we used:

    which we created ourselves. We tried to build this template and it worked, but disappeared the next morning. This happened 2 times. Here is the template URL:

    Form templates added to our form template gallery will undergo an approval. Our team of reviewers probably did not approve the template and remove it from the gallery. Let me confirm this from them. We'll keep you posted. 

    In the meantime, if your purpose of sharing the form is to have it on another account, you can utilize the clone feature instead.
