I am trying to put logic in my form.

I need to skip 8 questions on my form if someone selects a certain answer. Can you help. I only see how to skip to a page or skip/hide one question.

If someone selects I am a customer, organization or other I want to skip 8 questions that listed one after another on the form. Then have the person complete the remaining 5 questions.

You can use a Show/Hide field condition. I have added 2 conditions to your form after cloning it:

Condition 1: All the fields will be hidden until Submitted By is not selected.

Condition 2: 8 questions immediately after the Submitted By field will be hidden if the answer selected is Customer, Organization or Other.

    Link to the form: https://form.jotform.com/90434872303959

You can clone this form and edit the conditions if you like.

One more thing that I would like to bring to your notice is that I have noticed the Submitted By field is a multiple choice field. So any person submitting the form can select multiple options from any 4 options. If you want users to select only one option, please use the Single Choice form element.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

To change to the single choice form element will that change the conditions you set up in the clone form?

Yes, if you are completely deleting the existing field and then adding a new one, it will affect the conditions. You will have to go to conditions and then select the newly added field in the missing fields. I have made the changes to the form that I have provided and changed the question to a single choice question. Can you please take a look?

Feel free to reach us if you have any further questions.

Whats pretty cool is I could use the same form. The conditions logic allowed me to change the question field so I didn't have to redo all the conditions.

    Sweet!
