How can I change our user name?

You can change your username from your Account settings. Go to your Profile page and edit your username.

It will not allow me, it says I must contact you to change it

Please provide us with three possible username options, so that we could use the available one.
Also, if you have used custom URL names in your form, you will need to recreate them after this username change. Please refer to the guide below to change the custom URL names, if required:

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I just checked that you have a HIPAA enabled account and we are unable to change it from our end. Hence, I have escalated this to our dev. team to get a suitable update. You will be apprised of the update via this thread.

Hello,
I am sorry to say that HIPAA Compliant accounts cannot change their usernames. The only way to do this is disabling HIPAA Compliance and change the username. Then you can move your account back to our HIPAA servers. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime.
