How do I configure the time field to show no default time?

The configurable list widget doesn't show the default time if you don't add the word "now" in the field configuration.

If you want to have the default time, you add "now".

How do I get it to be blank? As it is now, it shows 1:00 am on all my forms and I'd like it to be blank unless someone chooses a time.

If you setup your configuration to 24 hours format, the default time would be empty.
