Do I need SSL on my website if..

Asked by tapanshah on February 01, 2013 at 09:33 AM

My questions is regarding Secure form and accepting payment through Stripe.  I need to change it from PayPal to Stripe.

That  being said, if i embed a secure (https) on my wordpress site, do I still need to have SSL setup on my WP site?

Are the liability still on me (website) or does it encrypt and taken care by JotForm.

Looks like PayPal takes you to their website for processing, but Stripe you have to enter the number in the form.

Here is my current form: http://strivebeta.com/fort-atkinson/ (setup with paypal for now)

Here is one with Stripe: http://strivebeta.com/test2/ (open up Medical Info and than select Credit card)

That is correct , the SSL secure layer sends encrypted data , so you don't need to worry about that, your form is correctly embedded
