How to add descriptions for individual items in purchase order form

Hi, 

I am using a purchase order form and I am wondering if there's a way to add a description for each item on the form. Currently, I am only able to figure out how to add a description of a field using the hover feature.

The description could be included in the label for each product.  So rather than just "Dozen Eggs", change the produce to "Dozen Eggs - Cage free large" or whatever additional description you'd like to add.  There isn't any sort of pop-up that can be added for each product to include an additional description.
