Very often, the emails sent by the JotForm contact form on my website are going in SPAM ! (we are using Google App mail)
How can we fix this?

Please refer to this guide: How to setup email alerts to avoid spam/email not being received issues on how to fix the issue.

Thanks for your answer.
But what if I can not whitelist some IP (with Gmail) and if I want all the emails to come from the real sender's address?

With Gmail it is normally unproblematic and usually if rarely there is a problem it is easily fixed by adding us to your contacts list since this often helps.
In addition to this if any do happen to go into your spam folder all you have to do is go there and select it then click on " Unmark as Spam " option and this will usually continue to allow it through the rest of the time to be seen with the rest of your normal emails.
