Help needed with the notification received on number of payment submissions

    Hello,

    I hope this messages finds you well!

    I received a notification from Jotform saying that I was close to reaching my quota for payment submissions (10 max.). I have received 13 still using the free version, and there doesn't seem to be any problem. I like that I am still able to use the free version, and I don't want that to go away. However, at what point will it disable submissions? (I don't want someone trying to make a payment and not be able to submit/pay.)

    I have checked your account and see that you have received 9 payment submissions for the month. Please note that the payment integrated forms shall be disabled after reaching the payment submissions limit. In order to receive more payments to your forms, you'll be required to upgrade to a paid plan based on your requirement.

    Hello,
    Thank you for the response! May I ask where you are seeing this information? If you look at the Google Sheets linked to the submissions, you will see in column G that 13 payments have been made.
    Also, I posted another question to Jotform Support today:
    I was looking at Jotform's pricing and noticed that you are currently running a 50% promotion. I then applied for nonprofit pricing, since we are a nonprofit organization. I received an email back saying "Congratulations! Your nonprofit discount has been approved," giving the same 50% off pricing as before. Shouldn't it be 50% off whatever the current price is i.e. $4.25 for Bronze, $9.75 for Silver etc.?
    Are you able to answer this question too?
    Are you able to respond to me today before more submissions are made?

    You can review your form submission data in the View Submission panel.

    User guide: How to View Form Submissions

    There is option to filter the submission viewer by date range. So if you want to view only those submissions within the month, you can use the This Month filter.

    The 13 submission payments shown on your google sheet must be for all submissions and not just for a month.
