We have been paying monthly for Jotform services however it is now saying we are now out of submission storage. Please can you explain how this has happened and what the way forward is to get out of this problem?
Also, since we have had this issue, will we have lost out on any submissions? We work with this weekly and with our clients so it would be good to know where we stand with this!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I checked your account and could not see any such error message regarding the submission storage. Please see the screenshot below, which I have taken from your account.
Please check and let us know if you are still seeing any submission storage message on your account. If yes, please let us know and if possible please attach a screenshot of the message on this support thread.
