    Hello,

My workplace is interested in setting up jot form to use for event registrations and accepting payment. I am uncertain if the use of PayPal etc is free through our jot subscription or if we need to set up an account through PayPal in addition to our jot form account?

We are looking to present these options and costs to our board on Monday, as much information as we can get would be great!

    Thank you,

    Hannah Brockshus

Even on a free subscription, you may use any of our payment processing apps — https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing

However, you need to set up an account with the payment vendor that you will be using. For example, you need to have an account with PayPal that you will use when integrating PayPal with your form.

Also, in JotForm, each plan subscription has different payment submission limit.

The payment submission limit resets every first of the month. You have the option to upgrade to a higher plan anytime if in case you will need more payment submission in a month.

If your account goes over its current payment submissions limit, you will receive an email that will let you know that you have the option to upgrade your account or your payment forms will be disabled temporarily until the payment submission limit resets.
