General Questions from Potential Customer

Would you provide a link documenting the options for sharing with the staff the forms I create.

Also, when the form data is submitted, where is it stored and how is it accessed?

If we create a regular form to use with FLOW and to download data to EXCEL, can I still have the data placed in a pretty looking custom PDF form? I understand that if I wish to use FLOW, I can't use the PDF Editor system.

If you want to share your account through sub-account feature, that's available on the Enterprise Plan and here's a guide for that. http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

The data is stored in JotForm's secure server. You can access the data in your form submissions page. You will also receive email notifications containing the data.

For security and other server information, check out our security page here https://www.jotform.com/security/

With you integrate your form with any available 3rd party apps, the data will remain intact in your JotForm account so you can still use it for your PDF documents in the PDF Editor.

Otherwise, do I send the URL to share the form with employees? I will be the only one creating the forms. Can the forms be password protected as part of any plan?

UPDATE (August 20, 2019): Password protection feature is available now.

    Here is how it works:

    1. Open the Form Builder and find the Enable Password Protection option under the Settings tab.

    2. If you select this option, you should set a password for the form. If you don't set any password, the Enable Password Protection option will be unselected.

Yes, you can share the form using its URL.

Here's how to get the shareable form URL https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

With regards to password protection, we do not have that feature. What we can recommend is to embed the form in your password protected page instead.

    Thank you
