I have lost the connection to v2.jotform.com server. It says the server's IP address could not be found. What could be the problem?

Could you please tell us where do you see such an error?
Since using of V2 form builder is no longer possible, I checked your account and it's with status "dormant" which happens when an account is not used for a long time.
I re-activated it.
Let us know if you're still seeing this error.

It links to the V2 server that I guess is now offline.

As what my colleague has explained, the v2 form builder is no longer available.
Unfortunately, we cannot view the code you have pasted. You may post a screenshot of the issue at this thread.

You may try using the new version of the Form builder to build/edit your form.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
