Do you own "floordesigns" account? I traced the submission and found it using this form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/32683277833362.

Probably someone put your email into that form and submitted it. Looking forward for your response. 

Thanks for confirming. It looks like a spam as the owner of the form owns the site http://floordesigns.co.uk/ where the form is embedded. 

I can confirm that the floordesign account is a legitimate account. The spammer probably created a bot script to automatically submit the form with the redirection URL and email of his target.
