When prompted to answer the questions in the form ex.

    Age

    gender

    Agree to terms

    Submit

it redirects back to the top of the form

    please assist with this

i occurs on all the forms

premier 1 Events is name of company

    we use 40 different forms

These issues did not occur last season

    thank you

I've tested one of the forms from mobile, and I was not able to replicate the issue. Form submitted properly and I can see the Thank You page too.

Could you please confirm again, the problem occurring only in particular forms or in all forms? If yes, please share the URL of the form.

We will glad to assist you.

I have tested your form with iPhone device, but was not able to replicate any issue:

Unable to submit the form embedded on a Wix site when using mobile devices Screenshot 20

The form was submitted and redirected to PayPal to process a payment. We might need some more information in order to provide a suggestion. Is the form embedded on a web page or users fill it out using direct link? What exactly is the problem when you are testing it with iPhone, is there any error?

I was testing with my mobile and for me it only shifted to the left when moving to next field. In attempt to make it work better, I have added this code to your form:

Unable to submit the form embedded on a Wix site when using mobile devices Screenshot 20

It seems that issue is caused by theme used for this form.

Please test your form once more and let us know how it goes on your side.

When I tested earlier, Terms & Conditions field was auto-focused upon choosing payment option, but at the moment it does not. Here is how I can fill the form using iPhone 6 (I've used emulator to record a screencast, but it works the same on actual device):

Can you please tell us what exactly device you are using so we tried to replicate a problem?

Our forms are all in our website and its not mobile friendly but we used it last season without issues.

Our website is not mobile friendly but how can I have the forms as mobile friendly?

I've tested your form on the mobile device and I was not able to replicate the issue. The form is working fine and I was able to submit the form. Can you please tell us exactly on what device you are facing the issue?

Hi, I just had two customers complain about the same issue.   When clicking several of the questions or even when clicking submit on the form, it redirects them to the top of the form.   I am losing customers because of this.  Please assist.   It occurs when using a phone or iPad.

    Thank you

I'm also not able to replicate it on my end. I've tried it on browser stack using iPhone XS with Safari browser and was able to sumit the form.

Can you please confirm is your users are using the direct link or is your form embedded on a website?

    Looking forward for your response.

Does it have anything to do with the page not being mobile friendly? When  embedded the  form into my site  it is not on mobile view.  When registering with an iPhone a customer would have to  Zoom in on each question to be able to answer it. Could this be  The issue?

    Thank you

We will need to inspect the page where the form is embedded. If it's embedded on a website, please share the website URL for us to check.

I see that you're using custom Wix theme and that is not developed in the responsive layout. Please edit the theme and add responsive metadata to the header of the site, it will help you to make the form responsive too.

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">

Let us know if you still face the issue, even after editing the theme.

Hi, how do I add that theme and responsive metadata to header?

It seems like Wix does not support it: https://support.wix.com/en/article/viewport-configuration-for-mobile-devices

I would suggest you to contact Wix customer support to find out how to make your whole site mobile responsive, as it appears that it is currently not responsive:

We can make it mobile responsive on our end but it requires us to make major changes.   Is there a way to embed it differently because as it stands now there are so many issues and complaints from customers

    thank you

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do from our end to adjust mobile responsiveness of your web page. Please check if you can see Mobile Version in WIX builder. If yes, you can try to resize iframe of form when editing mobile layout:

    uijoc Screenshot 20

Also, you can try adding embedding code instead of form link:

Unable to submit the form embedded on a Wix site when using mobile devices Screenshot 31

    I can suggest these options:

    Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

    Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Hope your web page will work better.
