From 2:31 PM to 6:38 PM we are missing disposition emails sent. We cannot see them in our submission forms and and we do have records of calls that same from our client Smile Exchange. Please look into this to see how they can recovered as we need to know as soon as possible.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you but I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you have not received submission in your form between "2:31 PM to 6:38 PM".
I did check your form's submission page and you seems to have not received any submission between this time frame. If the submission was successful, it would have been captured in form's submission page.
Have you embedded your form in any webpage? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

It is embedded and the webpage cannot be accessed externally

I sent test emails for all of the Smile Exchange offices and they went through.

Is the problem fixed? If it isn't, what is the form in question? If you received submissions, but no email notification was received for them, please check if they landed in your spam folder.
