do you keep any of the info

I love your product and tempted to upgrade but I have a few questions

1 - people will be putting in there info and there email address is any of this info stored or used.

2 - are there tutorials on how the form works.

JotForm stores all submissions. You can see and export them with our 'Submission' tool.
