I am having issues with the following rules on my form:
Rule 1, which is trying to insert an email address into an "Email" field
Rule 6, which is trying to copy a value from field {coachName262} to field {primaryCoach}
Also, I am having difficulty getting the value of {primaryCoach248} to appear in my notification emails. When I look in the submission data, there is a value, but the email (which references {primaryCoach248}) doesn't have that entry appear.

Rule 1, which is trying to insert an email address into an "Email" field
As I check the condition, the email addresses are being filled without any issue. You may try disabling the following condition to check if the email address is filled in the email field.
Rule 6, which is trying to copy a value from field {coachName262} to field {primaryCoach}
Instead of using Other as an option, please try enabling the Other option in the Single choice field, so that the text box shall be automatically displayed.
Please try changing this condition to the form so that the coach Name shall be automatically populated to the Primary Coach field.

I have re-tested, and rules 1&6 don't work if rule 7 is activated. I confirmed this by inspecting the submission results with rule 7 active and inactive (with both the "Primary Coach Name" and "Primary Coach E-mail" fields visible and hidden). Can you please advise why rule 7 is causing this issue?
If I use the 'Add "Other" Option', how do I conditionally show the coach email field if that other option is selected without having to use a large chained condition such as "if field is not ..." AND "if field is not ..." AND ...
Do you have any advice over the value of {primaryCoach248} not appearing in my notification emails? This value is not appearing in the email, even when the submission data has a value.

Conditions #1 and #6 are not working when condition #7 is active because of the Form Settings. To resolve this issue you need to set Clear Hidden Filed Values to Don't Clear inside of the Form Settings.
Your Email Notifications do not have the value of Coach Email field {primaryCoach248}. Is this issue maybe related to the Autoresponder Emails? It seems that your Email Alerts were customized and that they stopped updating because of that. Please delete your Email Alert's and create new Email Alert's to see if that will resolve the issue.
