I switched to a paid account but the branding is still in my forms

I switched to a paid account expecting that your shameless self-promotion would end, yet it still appears at the end of my new form on my website. I can't locate a way to get rid of it.

Once you are on the paid plan, you should be able to remove the footer branding right below the form builder.
