We are not receiving our completed JotForms to our email?????? Help!

    Our customer completed JotForms are automatically set to be emailed to us. The last 2 were not emailed to us. Is there an issue? I was able to retrieve them from this account and forward them but, why is the system not automatically emailing them? 

    Is your system having technical difficulties?

    Please reply ASAP.

    I have checked the forms that the submissions you listed are associated with and you have the same email recipient for the email notification in each form.

    I checked the email address and it is not on our Bounce List.

    Also, upon checking the email history page of your account, you haven't got any failed email attempts associated with the email address.

    Can you check if the email notification for the submissions you listed were sent directly to the Spam/Junk folder of your email, please?
