Reports to Cloud app: not working, the Excel data is not sent.

    I've gone through the wizard and received confirmation that my report to cloud has been successful.

    I've run a couple of test submissions but there's no sign of the report in dropbox.

    annoyingly if it’s not fixed soon I will have to move over to 123form builder which is a shame as your interface is much better.

    We understand your situation and need to have this fixed. Unfortunately, we do not have an update this time, but I see the ticket has been marked as Very Important which means it is one one the top priorities. If there's an update, you should be notified by the assigned developer here. 

    In the meantime, you may consider downloading the Excel manually: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report. The URL is the same, so you can just bookmark that one to get a new file when needed.
