How to setup email notifications on HIPAA forms.

    Hi there,

    After a person completes the online HIPAA compliant form, how is the receipient notified and then how does the recipient read the form contents?

    Good morning,
    Thank you for this information.
    To check HIPAA compliant form submissions, I assume that one must login
    to jotform.com, correct?

    You are correct. You would need to login to your Jotform account to view/read the submissions. There is no other way to view submissions when HIPAA is enabled for the account.
