Why is My account Showing Suspended

Good day

I reset my password got confirmation reset successful, but when I try and login the system states my account has been suspended please advise.

Upon review of your account it was found it is offering loans, this is exclusive to lending companies or verified agents. Please provide proof of business or affiliation to a valid corporation. You can email us at reviewers@jotform.com with the said proof with title: Thread#1735488.
