Payment field Item sub total is not available on some items

Hi,

I created a form an clicked yes for the item subtotal, but it isn't showing on most of the items.

Please take note that the Sub Total option will only work for Items that have other option that involves change in pricing/amount like the Special Pricing and Sub Products option.

If the only option it uses was Quantity, it will not do sub total on the item.
