Payment is received but no notifications and submissions are incomplete payments.

    Can you please provide more clearer details on what specifically was the problem. We're not able to fully understand what was the issue due to lack of details in your post.

    We figured it out. For some reason the forms are getting put into the incomplete forms status. The payments are showing up instantly but we don’t receive notification from JotForm that the form was submitted.
    Why are they getting stuck as an incomplete form instead of getting processed?

    This is happening when Paypal IPN is disabled in your Paypal account. Make sure to enable it to avoid getting such problem. Please check our Paypal FAQ page to learn on how to enable IPN in your Paypal account Paypal Incomplete Payments FAQ.

    So if you received the payments but did not receive the notification from JotForm, you can simply mark them as complete in the incomplete payments wizard. Otherwise, if you have not received any payments, you can delete them if you want.
