Hi to all the Jotform team !

I have an Adosign account and I would like to insert at the end of my form a PDF in order it to be signed by the suscriber. I would like that all the info that the suscriber entered to be in the PDF document.

I have understood how to insert the AdobeSign app in the form. I have connected Jotform to Adosign. But now i would like the form to be filled by the informations that the customer previously entered.

Could you tell me how to do so ?

    Best regards,
    Armando

You can embed a PDF in your form using our PDF embedder widget. However, it will only display the PDF and cannot be filled out or submitted

Since you want all the information your user entered go to PDF, I suggest adding a signature widget to your online form and then creating a PDF report so that all the information will generate as PDF including the signature. You can find more information on how to sign the pdf in this guide.

You can also include that PDF in your notification and autoresponder.
