Receiving the old PDF layout document by notification/autoresponder email attachments,even the user attached the correct document.

Hi, The exact issue is occurring to me also, rather than displaying data in the chosen formatted PDF, it is simply dumping the data into a vanilla PDF?

Editing the Document PDF {} remark in the properties has fixed the problem to make the forms unique.  Thankyou for identifying this as a successful solution.
