Unable to save new changes made to my form

    Hello JotForm Support Team,

I am currently evaluating JotForm and have created 5 forms as per the allowed number under the "Free Access" arrangement.

It seems that I am no longer able to save the changes made on the Jot Forms I have created.

Please check my subscription and advise.

    With gratitude,

    Hi Graziano,

First, could you, please visit this link form-revision-history/, and try to check if changes are made and saved available in all your forms on https://www.jotform.com/myforms/.

Second, you can try to clear your browser's cache. Instructions you can find on this web address LINK. It's possible that it loads the previous state of your form before the changes were made.

Please also note that if you are editing multiple forms at the same time on the same browser, that may cause issues, or if you are using different browsers at the same time.

To check if you are still logged in to your account, open a new tab and navigate to MyForms, if you see you are still logged in, then refresh the page where you are currently editing the form and make the changes again. Please do make sure that you can see the message "All changes saved", like on the picture below.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
