Can I edit report layout which is sent on my email after submission?

I need all fields to be visible in a report after submission (which I can see in my email after). Also is there any option to make dividers visible and all headers?

You can achieve your requirements by editing the template of the notification email. Please refer to this guide for detailed steps How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders.

A faster way to make sure all the fields are included in the email is to delete the Email Notification and add it again. It will generate the template with all the fields in the form.

Thank you for your reply.

But it doesn't resolve my problem unfortunately. Is there any way to include ALL fields in the email notification, by ALL fields, I mean even headers and text fields in a form (I mean fields that have no "fill-in" option, just informational purpose). Please have a look at the screenshot attached, I circled those field I need to be visible. 

I'm going to use PDF files from these notifications as a legal signed confirmation of statements and consents, so I need the statement itself to be visible in this report.

Is there any way to make it work please? Thank you in advance

Please note that header, texts and images are not included in submission emails. You will have to edit your form's email alert template and then include the text content. Please check the screenshot below on how to add text content in email template:
