I paid for the wrong account, can I transfer subscription to another account?

    I have 2 accounts with Jotform. I just upgraded but paid for the wrong account. How can I switch my payment to the account i want to upgrade?

    Since you paid the subscription using PayPal, we can not transfer the subscription to another account. What we can do is to downgrade your account to FREE (immediate) and then refund your last payment so you can upgrade the correct account you are referring to.

    Please cancel the subscription from your PayPal dashboard by following the guide below:

    Do get back to us once you cancel your subscription, we will go ahead and process the refund for your last subscription payment.
