Why we can't submit or pay for some of our forms?

    hello,

    I upgraded our access and now our parents are not allowed to submit or pay for some items. Can you please let me know why?

    The subscription you have availed is a storage plan, the only feature upgraded to your account is your total submissions storage. Submission storage is where all your submission is stored, the free account has only 500 storage limits, so once they exceeded that 500 the older submission will be deleted to give way to new submissions.

    The storage plan is not much different than the FREE plan, so limits for free plans other than total submission storage still apply to your account.

    Your payment limit for this month is 32/10 so your forms are disabled to receive payments for this month.
