Edited PDF File Name not working

    Hi guys, 

    I've got issues with the updated filename not working. PDF still get sent with the filename of the submission ID. 

    I've setup the filename for the form below as: {q_3}_{q_22}_{q_18} however it is not actually doing it. 

    I am setting up a Flow in office365 and the email handling relies on the file name being as above.

    Can you help with this please?

    I downloaded your most recent submission as PDF from the PDF Editor and I cannot replicate the issue you reported. The correct file name is shown.

    Is the issue maybe related to the PDF files that are attached to the Email Notification? 

    I cloned your form and the PDF File attached to the Notification has the correct name. If you issue was related to the PDF files attached to the Email Notification, please delete the existing Notification and create a new one to see if that will resolve the issue.
