JotForm is so slow?

- I've cloned and tested one your form, and it works properly.




-You can try to clean up your Form's cache.  Here is a guide: How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

- Also, you can clean up your browser's cache. Take a look at this link how you can do that: https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/.

- If you have a lot of Conditional statements and Calculations on the form- that effects your performance and Form loading time. The calculation scripts and conditions script takes more processing, compared to just loading fields/elements of the form.

Please, could you provide some more information about what kind of problem you have?

Thank you so much you are right the problem was in the forms' cache
