Errors in submission

    Hi. I have a form that is giving us some problems. Everything is filled out but when guests or myself try to fill it out and submit the form, it says there are errors. Why? And how do I fix it?

    Hi. I cloned your form and I filled required fields with data. When I submitted everything there wasn't any error. You can see the cloned form here: https://form.jotform.com/90494977357980
