Hi, We are a non profit and have a campaign coming up !  Our website:

    http://www.avnersfoundation.org.au/take-action/remember-september/

We run a standard Umbraco CMS and want know the following:

Can your forms sit on an Umbraco standard web page ?
Does the form support a Facebook share button ?
If we include an email address, where does this data get stored ?
Do you still provide sign option/digital signature as we want to run a petition ! (we really need a sign button)
What support do you offer ?

I understand there is a NFP discount of 50% ?

Can you come back to me asap as looking for a solution soon.
    Thanks

Can your forms sit on an Umbraco standard web page ?

You can embed JotForm with its iFrame embed code in Umbraco webpage. You may like to  take a look at the following guide which should help you:   https://our.umbraco.com/forum/using/ui-questions/16864-Allow-iframe-in-TinyMCE

Does the form support a Facebook share button ?

Yes you can add "Social Share" widget in your form. You can also add "Facebook Like Box" widget and see if that fits into your requirement.

If we include an email address, where does this data get stored ?

Please note that when the form is submitted, the data is captured and saved on our server. You can go to your form's submission page to view submission. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

You can add notification email alert in form and set the "Recipient Email" to desired email address where you want to send submission emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you how to add email alert in form:   https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

Do you still provide sign option/digital signature as we want to run a petition ! (we really need a sign button)

Yes it is possible. We have several signature widget which you can add in form to enable users to sign in form: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature

This usually depends on the location of your Form user or how you would like to use the email address of the user.

You may check this article for more information regarding privacy:https://stories.jotform.com/do-contact-us-forms-need-terms-of-use-and-privacy-policies-22e8b06eee7

You may add a terms and condition widget in your form.

    Hope this information helps.

If you have further questions, let us know.
