    I'm sorry but I do not understand your question. Please explain in more details what exactly are you trying to achieve. 

    Inside of the guide where you posted your comment is explained how our online forms can be embedded to a webpage. PDF forms cannot be embedded.

    You can also create an online form using our Form Builder and convert it into a Fillable PDF form.

    Hi, I found your PDF import page.
    The interactive PDF was created with Adobe Acrobat DC.
    Your import function fails with a error.
    The PDF has 6 pages with 40 text boxes and the same number of check
    boxes. It is a medical questionairre

    If the import of your PDF form failed, I can only suggest you to try again or to create a new Fillable PDF form from scratch using our PDF Editor. If your PDF form is not compatible it cannot be imported.

    Ok, I am using the PDF form builder.
    Now I have a different problem. The Layout Settings have a Line Spacing
    setting. However, it only offers Compact, Medium and Large settings.
    This is not enough. Your Form Designer allows the user to squeeze Line
    Spacing down to 0 px.
    The PDF Builder setitngs do not allow me to squeeze up text. What
    options are available in the PDF Builder to do this
