Form disappeared

    Hello - I was trying to edit a form that I was working on yesterday, and when I selected the form and clicked the "More" drop down box the form disappeared. It does not appear in my Trash and when I clicked restore in the Trash folder it said zero files were restored. I hope that I do not need to start over. The form was titled "2019 FCA Annual Committee Conference Communications Critiques." Now when clicking on the link it states the form has expired.
