I have uploaded a non-secure version of my form as we are not taking payment details etc, but it still doesn't work...Can you help?

Sorry to about that.
As of the moment there are 17 ssl submission on your form
which is over the monthly limit of 10. I already have requested
a ticket to reset the limits but please note that this can only be done once.
To switch to non-secure version, make sure that you have changed the
URL from https:// to http:// on all of the forms.

I have reset your secure limits now. We can only do this once.
